Boys Basketball: Iberia 82, St. Elizabeth 52

IBERIA - Top-seeded Iberia rolled to an 82-52 win against eighth-seeded St. Elizabeth in Monday's first round of the Iberia Tournament.

The Rangers led 16-10 after one period, 41-24 at halftime and 66-36 after three quarters.

Dustin Bloodgood and Dexter Frisbie scored 23 points apiece for Iberia.

Wyatt Stiles had 15 points to lead the Hornets (3-12), while Braydon Holtmeyer added 13.

St. Elizabeth will play fourth-seeded Vienna, which lost 66-61 to fifth-seeded Crocker on Monday, at 7:30 p.m. Thursday in a loser's bracket game at the tournament.
