A Holts Summit man was arrested after a one-vehicle accident in Callaway County early Thursday morning.
Missouri Highway Patrol reports show Steven Herndon, 49, was arrested for DWI and careless and imprudent driving.
The accident occurred around 12:30 a.m. on County Road 391, a mile north of Oil Well Road, according to the patrol. Herndon ran off the right side of the road, striking a telephone poll and fence before overturning.
Herndon was wearing a seat belt and was treated for minor injuries.

• A Climax Springs woman was treated for serious injuries after a one vehicle crash in Cole County late Thursday morning.
Patrol reports show Linda Beard, 53, was on U.S. 54 Eastbound, just west of Fall Hill Road, around 11:44 a.m.
She went off the left side of the road, overcorrected and that caused the vehicle to go off the right side of the ride and strike a tree.
Beard was not wearing a seat belt and had to to be extricated from the vehicle.
