Rebecca Thompson scored a game-high 24 points and recorded five steals as the Calvary Lutheran Lady Lions claimed a 59-29 win against St. Albans on Friday in the first round of the Calvary Lutheran Tournament in Jefferson City.
Sam Gunn finished with 15 points and 13 rebounds, while Brooke Rollins added seven rebounds and Maci Steen chipped in with six steals for Calvary.
The Lady Lions led 17-9 after the first quarter, 27-15 at intermission and 49-23 after three quarters.
Calvary (4-6) will play Metro East Lutheran at 8 a.m. today.
