CHAMOIS, Mo. - In a slowdown game Friday night, the Linn Wildcats picked up the pace in the fourth quarter.
Linn outscored Chamois 10-5 in the final period to take a 29-28 victory.
Blake Snyder finished 11 points for Linn, which has now won 11 of its last 13 games.
Alex Strope hit a pair of free throws with three seconds remaining to give Linn a 29-25 lead. Chamois hit a 3-pointer at the buzzer to make the final margin one point.
Dylan Sieg had 11 points for Chamois.
Linn (14-8) will play Monday at Tuscumbia.
