COLUMBIA, Mo. - Megan Foster scored 31 points Thursday night for Jefferson City as the Lady Jays dropped a 62-55 decision to the Rock Bridge Bruins.
Foster, a junior, eclipsed the 1,000-point mark for her career in the contest.
Nicole Martin added 13 points for the Lady Jays.
Rock Bridge led 23-9 after one quarter before Jefferson City cut the deficit to 32-25 at the half. Rock Bridge took a 47-41 lead into the fourth quarter.
Jefferson City (13-11) will play Thursday at Battle.
