BARTLESVILLE, Okla. - The William Woods Owls split a pair of games Saturday with Oklahoma Wesleyan to open the season.
The Owls claimed an 8-6 win in the opener as Shelby LeCuru (Helias High School) had one hit and one RBI for the winners. Hannah Campbell (Russellville High School) had one hit and scored two runs.
William Woods then fell 10-8 in the nightcap. Brailee Schulte (Jefferson City High School) had one hit and two RBI for the Owls and Campbell had one hit and one RBI.
