Missouri players to sit out Texas A&M game

COLUMBIA, Mo. (AP) - Missouri freshmen Montaque Gill-Caesar and Namon Wright were suspended for the team's game today against Texas A&M for a violation of team rules.

The school issued a statement before tipoff saying the players' status would be re-evaluated at a later point.

Gill-Caesar averages 9.6 points per game while Wright contributes 5.5.

Tramaine Isabell missed a third game after coach Kim Anderson said on Jan. 31 that the guard's actions toward teammates and coaches were "unacceptable." The suspensions left the Tigers with eight available scholarship players and just four who have not been suspended at one point this season.
