Blair Oaks volleyball sweeps Osage

WARDSVILLE, Mo. - The Blair Oaks Lady Falcons swept School of the Osage in volleyball action Thursday night.

Blair Oaks improved to 2-0 on the varsity level with a 25-12, 25-9 victory. Allison Maxwell had eight kills, while Taylor Stockman totaled six. Sadie Turner dished out 16 assists for the winners, while Jayde Peters had nine. Peters also had three aces, while Ryan Dudenhoffer totaled three blocks.

The Lady Falcons JV is also 2-0 after beating the Lady Indians. Lanie Lowry had six kills, while Ali Juergensmeyer dished out eight assists. Maggie Savage finished with two blocks.

The Blair Oaks C team was a 25-9, 25-8 winner. Kayle Hoelscher had four kills, with Emily Schell dishing out six assists. Madison Forck had three aces. It was the first match of the year for the Blair Oaks C team.

Blair Oaks is back in action Tuesday when it hosts Fulton.

On Tuesday, the Blair Oaks junior varsity defeated Linn in two games, 25-3 and 25-6.

Morgan Hoecker led the team with three kills. Katie Loethen and Madalyn Temmen each had two. Ali Juergensmeyer had four assists to lead the Lady Falcons, and Emily Yaeger had four. Maddie Nolph had six aces, and Loethen had one block.
