Jefferson City is down two international dining options - one Mexican and one Chinese.
Mi Degollado Mexican Restaurant at 512 Ellis Blvd., Suite R, posted a closed sign in the front window last week. The restaurant had operated previously at that location as El Jimador.
Sze Chuan Restaurant at 219 Madison St. appears to have closed over the past week, as it has not been open for business and interior fixtures like dining tables have been moved out.
The dine-in/carryout eatery offering Chinese cuisine opened in October 2013.
Owners of both restaurants were unable to be reached for comment. Neither restaurant has contacted Jefferson City's Finance Department to cancel a business license, said Business License Administrator Debbie Hartley.
