NEW BLOOMFIELD, Mo. - The Tuscumbia Lions were done in by six errors while dropping a 12-0 decision Thursday to New Bloomfield in five innings.
Nate Simmons had two hits to pace a six-hit Tuscumbia attack.
Zane Humphreys started and took the loss for the Lions, giving up 12 runs, although just two were earned, in three innings. He walked four and struck out four.
Tuscumbia is now 3-9 on the season.
