CLINTON, Mo. - Fatima edged out St. Paul's Lutheran and Clinton High School on the way to a soccer tournament victory in Clinton.
The Comets played the second round of the round-robin tournament Saturday. Fatima defeated St. Paul's first, 3-1. Kaleb Bauer scored two, and Evan Schulte added one.
Schulte also had a goal in the second game, a 2-0 win over Clinton. Gavin Ownbey knocked in the other goal.
The Comets (7-0) play next at Warrenton on Monday.
