The Cole County Grand Jury has indicted a Jefferson City man on one count of first-degree sodomy or attempted sodomy after an incident in July.
Grant Kempker , 20, of 116 of Ventura Ave., was charged after a female told authorities the incident occurred at a party in the 1000 block of Martin Waye out in the county.
The victim said she had gone to bed with her boyfriend and woke up to find Kempker performing sexual acts on her.
The victim also believed Kempker took a video of the incident.
