Workers with Don Schneider's Excavating in the Apache Flats area will be closing South Binder Lake Road at Business 50 on Tuesday.
The purpose for this closure is to reconstruct the intersection to match the construction work on Business 50 including asphalting the west end of the road leaving only the center and west bound lanes to be completed between House of Bargains and South Binder Lake Road.
This closure will be done simultaneously with the current closure of Business 50 west of Babe Ruth Drive. Both closures are expected to be in place until next week.
A signed detour is in place from Pioneer Trail Drive to Rainbow Drive to divert traffic around the area. Message boards will be in place to provide more information for motorists.
