Football: South Callaway remains perfect

After routing Bowling Green

BOWLING GREEN - South Callaway finished an undefeated regular season Friday with a 55-7 win at Bowling Green.

The Bulldogs had 302 rushing yards and 74 yards through the air. They held Bowling Green to 140 rushing yards and 102 passing yards.

Dylan Stone returned a fumble for a touchdown. Cory Hanger stripped two fumbles, recovering one of them, and rushed six times for 52 yards and a touchdown. He also had three receptions for 67 yards and three touchdowns.

Dakoda Ballard rushed seven times for 60 yards and two touchdowns. Mason Shoemaker's seven rushing attempts went for 138 yards and a touchdown.

South Callaway (9-0) plays next week in the first round of the district playoffs.
