KANSAS CITY - The Missouri Tigers lost to in-state rival UMKC 25-19, 25-15, 23-25, 25-18 on Monday at Swinney Recreational Center.
Senior middle Whitney Little tallied the 118th solo block of her career for her 10th school record, while Carly Kan finished with 19 kills and 12 digs to lead Missouri (12-8).
Sydney Deeken (California High School) chipped in with six kills for the Tigers, who host LSU at 6 p.m. Friday.
