Conner White of Central Methodist was named the Heart of America Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Week.
White, a redshirt senior linebacker from Helias High School, recorded a season-high 11 tackles in Central Methodist's 24-18 win against MidAmerica Nazarene last Saturday. White also had one tackle for loss, one interception and one quarterback hurry in the game.
For the season, White has 17 total tackles, two tackles for loss, an interception and a quarterback hurry.
