Jefferson City woman gets probation for drugs

A Jefferson City woman has been placed on five years supervised probation for pleading guilty to charges in connection with a drug search warrant served in Cole County in February 2013.

Melissa Faulkner, 34, of 4213 Crim Court, was charged with possession of methamphetamine and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

Probable cause statements show authorities seized several resealable bags with drugs, including crystal meth.

Surveillance equipment which monitored the rear exterior of the residence and the residence's living room were seized.
