A Jefferson City man was indicted by a federal grand jury Wednesday for distributing heroin.
Brian Boykin, also known as "Denormus Okain" and "B," 36, was charged in a three-count indictment.
The indictment charges that Boykin distributed heroin on two separate occasions in Cole County on Nov. 20 and Nov. 21, 2013.
Boykin is also charged with one count of possessing heroin with the intent to distribute on Feb. 13.
