LAMAR, Mo. - St. Elizabeth's Allie Heckemeyer won four events in the Class 1 Sectional 2 track and field meet held Saturday.
Due to incorrect information provided to the News Tribune, the St. Elizabeth results were incorrect in Monday's News Tribune.
Heckemeyer racked up victories in the 400-meter dash, 800-meter run, long jump and triple jump. Other Lady Hornets advancing to this week's state meet by finishing in the top four at sectionals were Audrey Strutton (third in the discus) and Mackenzie Struemph (fourth in the shot put).
On the boys side, Wyatt Stiles advanced to state by finishing fourth in the pole vault.
