LINN - Ryan Mantle had three hits, including two home runs, and drove in four runs as the Linn Wildcats cruised to a 14-2 win against the Tuscumbia Lions on Monday.
Mantle now has seven home runs on the season for Linn, which improved to 15-3.
Ben Klebba had two hits and three RBI, while Tony Mebruer had two hits and two RBI, and Cameron Laughlin added three hits to help the Wildcats at the plate.
Alec Shoop picked up the win, striking out six in three innings. Jacob Voss struck out four in two innings for Linn.
David Huddleston had two-run single, while Zane Humphreys and Orrie Patterson each added hits to lead Tuscumbia.
The Lions (8-10) will play Eldon at 6:30 p.m. Thursday in the opening round of the Tuscumbia Wood Bat Classic.
Linn will play Wednesday at Russellville.
