The Knights of Columbus free throw contest will be held Sunday in Jefferson City at Helias High School.
All boys and girls age 10-14 are eligible to participate in the contest, which will begin at noon. Registrations will be accepted starting at 11:30 a.m. Proof of age will be needed.
All winners will advance to district competition later this year.
