St. Elizabeth 54, Eugene 34

EUGENE — Savannah Stiles passed 1,500 points for her career to help the St. Elizabeth Lady Hornets post a 54-34 win against Eugene on Monday night.

Stiles came into the game needing 10 to pass that plateau and she did it easily, netting 21 on the night.

Allie Heckemeyer chipped in with 15 points and eight rebounds for the victors.

St. Elizabeth improved to 15-7 overall and 5-2 in the Show-Me Conference, while Eugene dropped to 4-18 and 1-5.

St. Elizabeth, which won the two-quarter JV game 23-16, will play tonight at South Callaway.
