The former KFC restaurant in Jefferson City at 1923 Christy Drive has replaced its KFC-brand signage with a new sign marking the eatery as "JC's Chicken."
The restaurant has remained open for business through the brand switch and is serving a menu similar to its former fried-chicken fare.
Franchise owner Brian McCarty declined to give further information about the restaurant's renaming.
