Mid-Missouri accidents hospitalize two

A Barnett teen was injured in a one-vehicle accident at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday on Route T north of Missouri 135 in Morgan County.

According to the Missouri Highway Patrol report, a 2002 Ford Ranger driven northbound by Dalton R. York, 19, failed to negotiate a curve and went off the left side of the road, went airborne and upon landing struck several trees.

York was taken to Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach.

He was not wearing a seat belt.

• A Sedalia woman was injured in a two-vehicle accident at 7:35 a.m. Thursday on U.S. 50 in Morgan County.

The patrol reported a 2003 Cadillac, driven westbound by Marc S. Snarr, 29, New Bloomfield, began to slide, crossed the center line and collided with a 2012 Mazda, driven eastbound by Gail A. Greble, 45, Sedalia. The Greble vehicle then went off the right side of the road.

Greble was taken to Bothwell Hospital in Sedalia.

Both drivers were wearing seat belts.
