Police reports show the accident occurred at 5:46 p.m. in the 700 block of U.S. 54 East.

Gary Fowler, 41, New Bloomfield, had a medical problem, causing him to run off the left side of the road.

He went through the median and crossed the westbound lanes, then went down an embankment and into Katy Trail Park.

His truck went through a wooden fence and struck a large concrete block, causing the vehicle to roll over and land on its side.
