LINN, Mo. - Paige Rost went the distance to get the win Thursday, while Lindsi Vaughan homered to lead Linn to a 7-2 victory against Owensville.
Rost allowed four hits and no walks while striking out six. Neither run was earned.
Vaughan had two hits, one the home run, while driving in three runs. Rose, Hayley McKim, Kelsey Brandt and Courtney Tynes also had two hits each for Linn (3-2), which will face Belle on Thursday.
