WARDSVILLE, Mo. - The village of Wardsville is holding a residential spring cleanup April 23.
All customers must be located inside the city limits and abide by the guidelines.
All items will be picked up on the normal residential collection day; all items must be on curb by 5 a.m. Items need to be bagged or bundled so one person can handle them. All lumber, guttering and other items of length must be tied in bundles and cut in 4-foot lengths.
Items that will not be picked up: hazardous waste; liquid waste; yard waste such as brush, limbs, grass, or leaves; no car parts such as tires, motor oil, batteries etc.; no white goods which includes refrigerators, stoves, hot water heaters, washing machines or dryers; no concrete or large solid items that could damage the waste collection equipment.
