Bob Renken, executive director of Old Kinderhook in Camdenton, says the development is designed to bring visitors to Kinderhook throughout the year. Currently, visitors generally visit only when the lake and golf course are open.

KYTV reports ( ) the new resort would add to several new additions to the lake including a new grocery store, more shopping centers and a new movie theater that will open soon.
