Jefferson City has long been dominated by one chain of Mexican cuisine. El Jimador Mexican Restaurant split off a few years ago, with some of its locations changing their names to El Espolon, as well as new locations opening under the same name. Now, another name is in the mix.
The restaurant located at 512 Ellis Blvd. is now under new ownership, sold to a cousin by the current Missouri Boulevard restaurant owner. The new name, Mi Degallado, will not affect the menu options, which will stay the same. A new sign and new menus touting the new name are already in place.
