Fomer Helias standout Krista Haslag recently helped the Missouri S&T volleyball team secure a spot in the Great Lakes Valley Conference Tournament.
Haslag had 16 kills and five blocks in a 25-17, 25-15, 20-25, 25-19 win against Rockhurst on Friday, before tallying 11 kills and eight blocks in a 25-14, 25-15, 25-23 win over William Jewell on Saturday.
Haslag leads the Miners with 138 blocks and is second on the team with 269 kills.
Missouri S&T (15-16) returns to action noon Friday against the University of Indianapolis in the first round of the GLVC Tournament at Lewis University.
