ASHLAND - Another game, another win for Fatima.
The Comets topped Southern Boone 6-2 on Monday night to improve to 16-4 on the season.
Nolan Bax was the winning pitcher, tossing 6 2/3 innings and allowing two earned runs on six hits, five walks and nine strikeouts.
Reid Kesel and Patrick Schnieders both went 2-for-4 with two RBI. Ryan Mebruer and Bax both had two of Fatima's 11 hits.
Fatima hosts Linn and Rock Bridge in doubleheader today starting at 3:30 p.m.
