Starting Monday, Midwest Products Group Inc., Midwest Block & Brick Inc. and Kirchner Block & Brick Inc. will consolidate all sales operations under one name, "Midwest Block & Brick."
The move is for both efficiency and marketing purposes, but for now, it will not affect the Jefferson City facilities or employees, said Midwest Block's Jodi Winegar.
In a news release, she said the sales and marketing personnel of each company have long considered themselves a cohesive unit, operating with the goal of providing the highest level of service and support in the masonry and hardscape industry.
"We believe this name change more accurately reflects these efforts, and it will work to further instill confidence in our customers that the same high level of attention and expertise is offered at each and every one of our locations," she said.
As part of this renaming transition, the production facilities, yard operations and delivery fleet of Kirchner Block & Brick will begin to operate as Kirchner Manufacturing.
Midwest Block & Brick remains a family-run supplier of masonry and hardscape products. With 16 sales facilities and nine production plants, Midwest Block & Brick can directly service projects within Missouri and six surrounding states.
