4th suspect arrested in Columbia homicide

COLUMBIA, Mo. (AP) - Authorities in Oklahoma have arrested a fourth suspect in the death of Columbia art dealer who was gunned down at his home in April.

Columbia police said in a release Friday that 24-year-old Casey D. Lewis of Shawnee, Okla., has been arrested in Oklahoma and is charged with first-degree murder in the death of 46-year-old Brian Daniels.

Police say Lewis, the fourth person arrested in connection with Daniels' death, is being held at the Coal County Jail in Coalgate, Okla., on $1 million bond. Online court records don't list a lawyer for Lewis.

The Columbia Daily Tribune reports Daniels was found shot to death at his home April 10. He had been awarded a nearly $5 million settlement for burns suffered in a September 2005 apartment fire in Warrensburg.
