DE SOTO, Mo. (AP) - Authorities say a body found Sunday in the Big River near the eastern Missouri town of De Soto has been identified as a fisherman who went missing in May.
The St. Louis County Medical Examiner's office identified the victim as 40-year-old Geoffrey Bridges of De Soto. The skeletal remains were found near the Merrill Horse Access near De Soto, where he went missing during a storm on May 31.
