A coalition of Missouri social and business organizations think it’s a no-brainer: Missouri is better off, financially and medically, if lawmakers approve expanding the number of people eligible for Medicaid assistance.

More Missourians shouldn't need Medicaid, the economy is improving, more people are working now than ever before, the private sector is fine. What gives?
