LU men, women to face Northwest Missouri State

The Lincoln University basketball teams will be looking to snap some streaks when they travel to Maryville to take on Northwest Missouri State tonight.

The situation is the most dire on the men’s side, as the Blue Tigers will be looking to snap a seven-game winning streak.

Lincoln brings an overall mark of 2-14 into the 7:30 p.m. game and is 1-5 in the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association. The Blue Tigers will be facing Bearcats squad rolling along at 11-3 overall and 4-1 in the league.

On the women’s side, the slide is much smaller, but the Blue Tigers will be looking to stop a two-game losing skid, their first losing streak of the season.

Lincoln (7-7, 2-4 MIAA) will take on Northwest Missouri State (8-5, 2-3 MIAA) at 5:30 p.m. today looking to reverse course.
