Man sentenced in home invasion

A Jefferson City man has been sentenced to six years in prison in connection with a Cole County home break-in in August.

Chad Hill, 26, of 4213 Oak Lane, was charged with one count of first degree burglary.

According to the Cole County Sheriff's Department, Hill is believed to have broken into a home in the 2200 block of Saddlebrooke Lake Road on Aug. 24.
