4 Jesus figures swiped from Christmas displays

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (AP) — Police in Cape Girardeau County are searching for thieves who stole four Jesus figures from a county holiday lights display.

The Southeast Missourian (http://bit.ly/Wt8daI ) reports that police aren’t sure when the figures were taken. All were removed from displays that adorned Cape Girardeau County Park during the Christmas season. The figures did not belong to the county but belonged to a Knights of Columbus hall, a Baptist church and two other organizations.
