A temporary restraining order has been granted allowing computer services to be restored at the Cole County Assessor's Office.
Attorney Jill LaHue, representing the County Commission, said the commission consented to this to get services back online and with the intention of getting a resolution to the legal question by the end of the month.
The case will be heard by Senior Judge Byron Kinder.
