One person has been charged after a shots fired incident this weekend at Club Motivation on Industrial Drive.
According to Jefferson City Police Department reports, on Saturday at about 2 a.m. officers responded to a call of multiple shots fired at the club.
According to callers, 4-5 gunshots were fired from someone in a vehicle parked on the lot.
Officers arrived on scene and began to interview people and information was developed that the shots were fired from the driver of a white Buick.
Officers contacted the driver and the occupants of the Buick, who were extremely uncooperative.
During the investigation, officers noticed a black handgun in the vehicle, along with unspent rounds of ammunition and a Ruger firearm bag.
Three spent shell casings were located near the vehicle.
Based on the information received and interviews, officers arrested Eboni Bifford, a 26 year old Cole County resident.
She had been charged with unlawful use of a weapon.
No one was injured in this incident.
