KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) - The search continues for a Kansas City area teen reported missing nearly six years ago.
Kara Kopetsky was last seen leaving Belton High School on May 4, 2007. Sunday marks her 23rd birthday.
To mark the birthday and remind the public of her disappearance, Kara's family, police and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children have released an age-progressed drawing of what Kara may look like now.
The Kansas City Star reports (http://bit.ly/YqKsCP ) that police and the FBI are continuing to work the case and encourage anyone with information to contact authorities.
