Tipton 71, Versailles 60

TIPTON — Ethan Koechner and Wade Wood scored 19 points each as Tipton topped Versailles 71-60 Monday night.

Versailles led 27-26 at halftime, but the third quarter was the difference as the Cardinals outscored the Tigers 23-12 to take a 49-39 lead into the fourth quarter.

Trey Woods led Versailles with 20 points. Christian Anderson also was in double figures with 13 points.

Chaz Raymond finished with 10 points for Tipton, which hosts California on Friday night.
