Jefferson City man hurt in motorcycle crash

A Jefferson City man was hurt Thursday night when he crashed the motorcycle he was driving on the lot at Corwin Honda, 3215 Missouri Blvd.

Police report Darnell Thomas, 44, was transported to Capital Region Medical Center for treatment of moderate injuries.

Thomas was moving the motorcycle across the dealership lot shortly before 7:30 p.m. when he lost control, struck two parked cars, then fell off the motorcycle, which then fell over and landed on him.

Police report he was not wearing a helmet at the time.
