Extension's Fall Festival on tap Sept. 7

The 37th annual Cole County Extension's Fall Festival will be from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. Sept. 7 at the Jefferson City Jaycees' Fairgrounds.

More than 150 vendors from Missouri and the surrounding states will sell crafts and small home-based items. A sample of items that will be sold are: floral designs, jewelry, candles, yard ornaments, furniture, baby items, cards, quilts, leather wallets and belts, baskets, handbags, scroll art, painted gourds, stepping stones, porcelain, candles, painted signs and more.

Admission is $2. Kids 12 and under get in free. Food and drink can be purchased at the event. Proceeds will support local extension programs.
