David Russell Hosier's trial for killing Angie and Rodney Gilpin has been delayed, again.
Scheduled for next week, the double-murder trial now "has been continued to sometime in October," Cole County Presiding Circuit Judge Patricia Joyce said Monday, in an email.
Joyce and other court officials were scheduled to go to Harrisonville this week to select a jury, then bring the jurors back to Jefferson City for the scheduled, week-long trial.
"We are waiting a response from another county to see if they can accommodate our requests for jurors," Joyce said.
