COLUMBIA, Mo. — When Missouri’s schedule came out earlier this year, few would have circled the Tigers’ road contest at Central Florida as a game that would be termed as critical.
But as the Tigers play their fifth game of the season today in Orlando (11 a.m., Fox Sports Midwest-TV) it could prove to be a key turning point in a season that only gets tougher from this point on.
And with quarterback James Franklin admitting his shoulder injury is “killing” his confidence, today’s game takes on a whole new dynamic.
It may be no surprise the Tigers are ....
