Missouri River Regional Library's Cultural Concert, planned for 7:30 p.m. today on the State Capitol South Lawn Steps, is still scheduled to take place. Thunderstorms are being predicted, and if necessary, the concert will start a little late.
The Michael Terry Group, jazz/blues, will be the featured performers. The event is free and open to the public. Bring lawn chairs and blankets.
