Lady Crusaders boast deep roster

It will be a true team effort this season for the Helias Lady Crusaders.

Kaitlyn Shea, shown in the 2011 Jim Marshall Invitational at Cole County Park, was an all-state performer last year as a freshman at Helias.

“As long as they all run well, it doesn’t matter where they finish,” Helias cross country coach Mary Haskamp said as the Lady Crusaders and Crusaders get set to open the season this afternoon in the Jim Marshall Invitational at Cole County Park. “Everything is about the team and that’s a great attitude to have.”
