Blue Tigers shooting for win in final home game of season

It's one last chance to impress the home crowd. It's an opportunity for Lincoln's 16 seniors to win their final game at Dwight T. Reed Stadium. And oh, what a chance it is.

Lincoln (1-7, 1-7 Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association) hosts Central Oklahoma (1-6, 1-6 MIAA) at 2 p.m. today for Senior Day.

"I know all the seniors are going to be ready to play," Lincoln head coach Mike Jones said. "We're going to bring everything out because we want to win this football game. Hopefully we play well.

"They've only won one game, but they beat a nationally ranked team. We know we have our work cut out for us. If we apply ourselves and do the right things, we have a good chance of winning."
