Six area high school teams stay in prep football top 10

Six area high school football teams remain ranked in their respective classes in the final poll of the regular season.

The Tipton Cardinals (9-0) are the highest-ranked of the six, maintaining their No. 2 spot in Class 1.

The Blair Oaks Falcons (8-1) are tied with Mountain Grove for the No. 4 position in the Class 2 rankings. Also in Class 2, the South Callaway Bulldogs (8-1) held on to their No. 10 position.

The California Pintos (9-0) also stayed in the same spot at No. 8 in Class 3.

The Helias Crusaders (5-4) moved up four spots to No. 5 in Class 4, while the Jefferson City Jays (6-3) fell two spots to No. 9 in Class 6.
